Amegh Pharma was founded in July 2007 as a Private Limited Company, incorporated in India under the Companies Act of 1956.

Its founder and CEO is Mr. Vipul Mohan, who is an MBA from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India, which has been consistently ranked among the top 10 business schools of India. He has over 16 years experience of International Business, all around the world, gained by his terms at different levels at some of the top large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies in India like Ranbaxy, Lupin, Ajanta and MJ.
